While my hope is to get my foot in the door of the financial sector, as I am nearly finished with my accounting degree and I thrive in situations where attention to detail, accuracy, and analysis are key, I would be thrilled to fill any position in which I can build and showcase my skills in customer service, operational efficiency, training and coaching, administrative organization, and Microsoft proficiency. One of my proudest moments so far in my career is when I had the opportunity to take lead in our Starbucks district initiative to improve Customer Experience and Store Operations scores, consisting of feedback on customer connections and our six dimensions of operations. This took extensive research, instore evaluations and root cause analysis, collaborations with all of the Department Managers in the district on their own ideas of room for improvement, and district-wide conference calls to provide a better understanding of how to achieve growth in these areas. Through my efforts and that of all of our dedicated Department Managers, we achieved a 12.5% improvement in both of our areas of focus within just mere months of district-wide conference calls and collaboration, and my work side by side the teams in store to train and coach them on what great customer service and store operations looked like.Ultimately, I feel that my schooling, skills gained from previous roles, and my ability to learn at a very fast pace have all prepared me to be successful in many positions.
