Vanshika is working with One2Ten, an end to end experience management solutions provider. She is a key member of the CEO’s office where she leads the business and commercial growth strategy. She manages a portfolio of clients as well spanning industries like healthcare, professional services and real estate. She is a team lead who is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and maximising return on feedback solutions for her clients. Leveraging on her problem solving, data interpretation & inter-personal communication skills, she has driven commercial value from data and solved complex business problems by liaising with people across the organization. Her project objectives comprise digital readiness assessment, better customer engagement and improving employee wellbeing etc. Previously, she has worked across the management consulting and professional services industries. Having worked with Bain & Company and Ernst & Young, she has an excellent track record in process improvement, reporting and analytics & client engagement. During her MBA at Nanyang Business School, she interned in diverse roles with Johnson & Johnson and DecodeHR Pte Ltd. Her academic background is in commerce where she holds a bachelor's degree from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. Vanshika is a well-rounded individual with interests in public speaking and dancing. She has done immense volunteer work for causes such as abandoned children crisis in India and education for the underprivileged.
