About Vanshika Kalsi

I'm a passionate change advocate with proven expertise in gender, SRHR, youth, learning, diversity, and inclusion. My educational expertise in Public Policy and Development Studies equips me to think strategically and analytically. Working in the international sector and with the Indian government provided me with good interpersonal skills. I continue to work for positive change around the world by combining my knowledge in feminist activism with influence campaign work. Due to the disparate impact of COVID-19 in 2021, I established Agra's first intersectional human rights organisation, which is built on the concepts of inclusivity and diversity. It focuses on the development of marginalised women and children, particularly those from vulnerable communities. The actions of the non-governmental organisations are focused on four UNSDGs: zero hunger, quality education, gender equality, decent work, and economic growth. To date, it has had a positive influence on 50 households per month.
