About Vantha Phally

Mr. Phally Vantha is a distinguished Sales-education Training and Coaching Specialist with over 15 years of experience in the education and insurance sectors. His expertise encompasses sales, educational training and coaching, curriculum and training content development, assessment, event organizing, and organizational & administrative management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from the University of Battambang (UBB), a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing Management from the University of Management and Economics (UME), Cambodia, and a Master’s Degree in TESOL from UBB. Additionally, he obtained a Master of Education from Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. Currently, Mr. Vantha is serving as an Assistant Training Manager at the Distribution Training Academy of Dai-ichi Life Cambodia, where he previously held the position of Senior Trainer Supervisor. His insurance career began as a part-time Insurance Agent as Associate Business Manager at AIA. He has also contributed significantly to the educational sector as the Center Manager at UCMAS Cambodia, Project Manager and Co-Founder of the Community for Distance Learning (CDL), and Head of the Academic Office at Asian Bridge International School (ABIS). As an extensively experienced educator in curriculum development, assessment, and organizational management, he used to serve as an English lecturer, a Program Coordinator, and an Assistant to the Director of IFL of UBB. He was also an active member of the Lower Mekong Initiative Professional Communication Skills (LMIPCS) for Leaders Community of Practice and a core member of CoP Siem Reap and Leadership Solution Cambodia (LSC). With a strong foundation in sales, educational training, and coaching, Mr. Vantha is dedicated to fostering growth and development in both individuals and organizations.
