Hello! My name is Varina. I am a psychologist with three master's degrees in disruptive innovation, international business, and organizational psychology. After spending four years in the United States, I have recently relocated to Santiago de Chile. I have a strong affinity for companies with a clear purpose that seek to generate a positive impact on the community, whether through sustainability or social responsibility initiatives. I have developed excellent social skills that enable me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and contribute to the growth and performance of companies. I have significant experience in customer success management and people development industries. My achievements include generating $80k to $100k in monthly revenue for an organization and creating training programs for dozens of employees to enhance their organizational understanding and position responsibility competencies.
