I have over 20 years experience in electronic manufacturing from raw material to shipping finished products to the end customers. I have significant expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen initiatives, strategic planning, cycle time reductions, personnel management, and performance assessments. I am a seasoned coach, mentor, and people manager who has developed leadership and front-line skills / attributes to identify and deliver objectives, with continuous progress monitoring, in order to achieve breakthrough business results in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Moral and Inventory. I am experienced in setting up start up accounts, setup 2 Solar Panel factories in Toronto, totaling 220MW. Recently moved Celestica Toronto manufacturing plant to Newmarket and ensured seamless transfer for the customers, Drove improvements at Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) factory in productivity (15% reduction in headcount) and elimination of backlog through lean manufacturing philosophies (reduction in set-up times, implementation of work cells and introduction of single piece flow).
