I’m an experienced HR and people data professional with a strong background in data analytics, reporting, and research. I have successfully led and developed data-driven solutions in HR, labor market research, and business decision-making. With a degree in social psychology, I bring a deep understanding of human behavior, decision-making, and workplace dynamics.
