Varsha Khatri is a holistic nutritionist and writer who runs her own health and wellness business, Illuminated Health. She is the author of Think Healthy Choose Healthy, a book that integrates holistic health and Ayurveda. She has a master's degree in holistic health education and nutrition, and is a certified nutritional therapist, senior yoga teacher, ayurvedic consultant, and health educator. With over a decade of experience, Varsha helps people achieve their health goals through her holistic and empowering approach that combines the science of health and nutrition with the wisdom of Ayurveda. She provides one-on-one nutrition consultations, online wellness coaching, and health education classes in both private and corporate settings. She also creates health educational materials, such as brochures, handouts, and flyers. Varsha's mission is to prevent disease and promote a culture of proactive and balanced self-care.
