As a Recruiting Mentor at eTeam, I source and screen candidates for various sectors in the UK and Europe region, such as IT, Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Engineering, Oil and Gas, Offshore, LID, and Marketing. With the help of JobDiva, I prepare and submit resumes in a proper format, and negotiate pay rates with candidates to meet client budgets. I have a B.Com degree from GLS University, where I studied Business and Commerce. I have also developed skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Recruiting, working in the outsourcing and offshoring industry for over four years.
