About Varshini Senthilkumar

As a FP & A Specialist at ABB, a global leader in industrial technology, I evaluate the business financial performance and provide valuable insights through forecasting and prediction to challenge the business align its strategy with its financial goals ultimately. I also support forthcoming corporate projects and initiatives that impact the business. While at work, I often collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong professional relationship. In addition, I am always excited to develop financial models and dashboards that turn data into visuals for easier interpretation besides presenting analytical reports. When I am not working, I enjoy clicking pictures of the unnoticed vignettes of life that illuminate my perceptions of them. Further, I visit places of interest, watch documentaries, catch up on reading books, explore different genres of music, practice diverse dance forms and cook some interesting recipes. I also discuss subjects like stock market, economics, history, technology and psychology with my mentors, parents and friends to gain knowledge and wisdom. I completed the final level of CIMA - the Strategic Level in January 2021 and also became a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India in 2020. At present, I await to become a prestigious member of the CIMA institute.
