TRAINING UNDERTAKEN Konark Polytubes Private Limited, Aligarh June 2011-July 2011 Underwent six weeks summer training on Production & Quality Control where I learnt the detailed production process of pipes. Also, I keenly observed the Quality control and tested the products on various crucial quality parameters. PROJECT UNDERTAKEN Post Extrusion Mechanism Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), Aligarh Sept 2009- May 2010 I did an independent project on Post-Extrusion Technique where I started from the very beginning. This project was intended to ensure that by using Cooling Mechanism, the end product from the Extruder doesn’t get defamed. This was achieved using machines like Lathe, Slaughter & Shaper to name a few. I made all the necessary equipment used in this project on my own, like Rollers with rotating and heating mechanism, Cooling Tank, Manual cutting system and fabricated all together. Mechanical Properties of Rice Husk-HDPE Composite Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology, Longowal Jan 2013- July 2013 We prepared the composite sheets and did Mechanical analysis of HDPE-Rice Husk Composite using different ratio of Rice Husk with different grades of HDPE. I prepared the composite sheet by using different machines like hand operated injection moulding, Compression Moulding etc and then analysed the mechanical properties of the composite sheet. I also ensured the smooth functioning of the project and that we are on track with the job at hand.
