I am a hospitality leader with nearly two decades of experience driving operational excellence, pre openings, and brand transformation across some of the most dynamic luxury hotel environments in South Asia and beyond. My approach blends strategic foresight with hands on leadership, always anchored in a deep respect for brand integrity, cultural authenticity, and the human connection that defines true hospitality. Currently, I serve as Director of Operations at Cinnamon Life | City of Dreams Colombo, South Asia's largest private investment and most ambitious integrated resort development, a USD 1.4 billion project that includes 800 rooms, a world class casino, retail mall, and 15 dining and entertainment venues. Leading a team of over 400 associates, I have been instrumental in shaping guest experience, operational structure, and pre opening strategy at this landmark destination. My decade long tenure with Marriott International across India’s top tier markets, from JW Marriott Sahar, JW Marriott Goa and other Marriott properties, shaped my foundation in luxury operations, talent development, and service excellence. Having risen from Duty Manager to Director of Rooms, I led multiple pre openings and helped deliver some of the brand’s most successful guest satisfaction scores. Across every assignment, my focus has been on building high performing, empowered teams, driving guest loyalty through operational precision, and fostering commercial growth with a luxury mindset. I thrive on creating teams that are not just efficient & driven but emotionally resonant and culturally distinctive, places that guests connect with long after they depart. Looking ahead, I aim to continue expanding my leadership on a global stage, bringing together my pre opening expertise, operational agility, and passion for people to define the next generation of luxury hospitality experiences.
