As the CEO for Spannovation's India operations, Varun Garg is a seasoned Bridge Engineer and a visionary leader. His diverse experience, spanning from Highway Flyovers to Metro/Transit Viaducts in design and construction engineering roles, adds depth and breadth to his leadership capabilities. His technical expertise is evident in his proficiency in the analysis and design of segmental concrete bridges, including extradosed systems constructed through balanced cantilevering, and in the design of composite steel bridges, including the development of steel temporary works required for bridge erection. His hands-on experience in staging analysis and the development of bridge erection schemes, employing methodologies like conventional crane erection, incremental launching, and cantilevering, adds to Spannovation group’s technical depth. Always looking to push the boundaries of conventional design methods, he is also an active contributor to the development of various design and detailing software, thereby equipping the group with innovative tools. His prowess in computational technology coupled with a creative mindset allows him to consistently refine our operational and technical systems.
