As a Human Resource Professional, I leverage my 23 years of overall work experience and 12+ years of extensive experience in Human Resource Management and Talent Acquisition partnering with companies across diverse sectors, such as eCommerce, Automobile, Logistic, SaaS, and IT Consulting in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America region. I have a strong passion for learning and applying new skills and technologies to enhance my HR and recruitment capabilities. I have completed a Bootcamp in Data Science and obtained certifications in Python and MongoDB, which enables me to use data-driven approaches and tools to optimize the hiring process, improve the quality of candidates, and measure the impact of HR initiatives. Over the years I have honed my interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and help identify and address quality and process improvement issues.
