Providing assistance to AOG desk to clear AOG demands Identifying interchangeable part numbers based on Airframe/Engine/BFE manufactures technical documentation to ensure correction of ERP data and also to avoid duplication of inventory. Managing & Controlling shortages of parts through various shortage reports Coordinating with Engineering Services, Engineering Planning, Aircraft Maintenance, MOCC Defect Control section and associated Workshops to resolve queries related to aircraft parts. Maintaining an adequate inventory at all times to ensure uninterrupted service and completion of scheduled and planned maintenance activity. Maintaining a consistent standard on the inventory system master parts database with respect to all part numbers effective to Qatar Airways fleet. Producing various reports to higher management as when required.
