Hi I am Varun An enthusiastic passionate award wining Multidisciplinary Designer with more than 10 years of experience in different domains of the design industry. I am having more than 8 years of experience in Industrial Product design and Development industry. In this span of time I have been Sr product designer to Design head to Strategic Design consultant for companies in the Furniture Retail Fashion Industrial and luxury goods industry. I have designed developed and launched several products successfully for the companies. I have more than 12 years of experience in Interior architecture as a trainee an employee co-founder of VIE creative studio freelancer and founder of AIMISH Designs with overall successful completion of more than 70 small and big projects from residential to corporate offices and from restaurants to the education industry. I also have a good amount of experience in Graphics and Visual Communication Design as a freelance consultant for design agencies over the period of time. I was responsible for supervising junior designers team handle client meetings and other creative deliverables as per requirements. I have worked on a diverse projects for different brands from logo design brand identity to other design and branding projects I have an excellent reputation for concept developments resolving problems improving customer satisfaction and driving overall Product and Design Development and Operational Improvements. Over the years I have tested lots of failures and success seen the ups and down but all of these experiences and zest for learning have equipped me with lots of motivation critical thinking insights and hands on practical experience in the domain of project & design management business development marketing and entrepreneurship. These have developed a keen interest understanding importance and expertise in cross functional experience. Recently from the past few months during pandemic I am also upgrading my UI/UX design skills to enhance my multidisciplinary design skill in the digital IT domain out of passion for in demand skill. I am also looking forward to get expertise in this domain and take it to the next level. I am consistently motivated to learn grow and excel in the cross functional area of expertise so I regularly keep updating my skills with industry certified courses workshops attending seminars and e-learning to develop my Design IT and Business skills. I would always like to work with multidisciplinary project and cross functional teams.
