An experienced professional with 20 years in environmental services industry, I have worked in diverse roles for leading companies like Thames Water, JUSCO and SUEZ. I bring a unique combination of operations and business development experience. I have a engineering and technical bent of mind and problem-solving approach.I worked over 10 years in operations being responsible for project P&L, contract compliance, strategic planning, team development and training. I started my career with Thames Water where I was trained over 4 years in water distribution operations and project management. At SUEZ, I completed two important projects in urban water distribution services, fully complaint to technical specifications, health & safety regulations, and all internal governance processes. I was responsible to operationalize in India a specialized water leak detection service based on a patented technology offered by SUEZ. The service had to be completely indigenized to serve in local conditions.I played an active role in setting up the operations in the early days of SUEZ entering water management business. I am now engaged in establishing new water distribution projects of SUEZ, and training teams for project execution. I have significant experience in mapping and digitizing of assets that SUEZ takes over for operations, planning and scheduling of works, team structuring, and creating a digital imprint of everyday project activities. Being exposed to contracting, I have hands on experience in contract management, client communication and negotiation. I have undertaken institutional, technical, financial analysis and risk assessment of contracts for on-going and prospective projects. I have an astute understanding of frameworks given my operational involvement in several arrangements as an operator and as an industry participant.My current role as business developer in SUEZ has a large government interface. I work with various state agencies and urban local bodies to develop water distribution projects. I have secured important projects for the group and have helped establish the brand leadership in Indian urban water management sector. I am a graduate in Civil Engineering from Goa Engineering College. I have a Post Graduate Executive Management Programme certification from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai
