With over 25 years in the learning solutions industry, I’ve partnered with clients across Asia, the US, Europe, and the Middle East to deliver high-impact, learner-centered outcomes. My passion lies in designing inclusive learning experiences that integrate technology, andragogy, and global best practices. As Director – Learning Design at LearningMate, I lead multidisciplinary teams and consult with global clients to solve complex challenges: How do we align learning with business goals? How do we design for equity and inclusion? How can AI enhance—not dilute—the learner experience? My role blends strategic discovery with design leadership. I guide needs analyses, shape learning strategies, and translate evidence-based principles into scalable solutions—whether through AI-driven simulations, inclusive content frameworks, or accessibility-first design. I’ve led DEI audits for large-scale programs and helped embed inclusive practices into higher education and workforce training projects. Internally, I mentor a diverse team of designers and specialists—coaching them to think critically, lead stakeholder conversations, and become trusted learning partners. Together, we foster a culture of clarity, curiosity, and learner impact. Whether shaping a proposal or reimagining a legacy course, I anchor every design conversation in one question: What does success look like for the learner—and how do we get there, together?
