About Vasanthi Mehta

I am passionate about exploring the intersection of environment, policy, and sustainability, working towards solutions that balance ecological health with social and economic resilience. With experience in policy research, conservation, and governance, I have collaborated with organizations like WWF India, Carnegie India, and Safdarjung Hospital to contribute to research-driven, impactful projects. Currently pursuing my Master’s in Sustainable Development Practice at TERI SAS, my work focuses on climate adaptation, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable development strategies. I am particularly interested in how governance frameworks, institutional policies, and community dynamics shape environmental outcomes. I thrive on interdisciplinary approaches to sustainability challenges, integrating research, policy, and on-ground insights. Whether it’s analyzing climate resilience, conservation strategies, or sustainable urban planning, I aim to contribute to solutions that drive long-term impact.
