Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM) serves high net worth individuals, families, and select institutions worldwide, while also providing leading solutions for family offices and financial intermediaries. Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management (Security Admin) and Asset Wealth Management (Fund Admin) is a Production Support/ Enhancement project. It involves providing a support for the Ticketing data and working on development, enhancement CR’s which is handled by Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management (PWM). L2 service line primarily focuses on incident and outage management for PWM applications in Production and UAT environments. All applications for Private bank (PB) and Private client services (PCS) are broadly categorized under Web-based or Batch. Currently, the team supports approximately batch jobs in production that perform nightly data loads for various PWM applications. Most web applications are Java based and are built on robust infrastructure like Solaris, WebLogic, Tomcat, Tibco, Sybase etc. These applications serve essential business functions like New Account Opening (NAO) and Performance reporting to name a few. DB Force, a customized DB version of cloud computing CRM giant – Salesforce, is also one of the key applications that are supported. This application serves some of the critical functions like Straight through processing (STP). L2 closely interacts with rest of the service lines in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the production environment.
