About Vasco Gama

I have always been motivated by the opportunity to contribute positively to the environment and society. Sustainability, in my view, is a vital tool to address today’s challenges and create long-term value for organizations and communities. I hold an integrated master’s degree in Environmental Engineering with a specialization in sanitation, which laid the foundation for a diverse professional journey. Throughout my academic years, I gained valuable experience across different industries: supporting industrial clients with water treatment solutions, analyzing financial data in the analytics department of a financial institution, and contributing to a sustainability strategy for an energy company as part of a consultancy project. Currently, I am helping clients navigate the complexities of EU sustainability regulations, such as CSRD compliance, double materiality assessments, and EU taxonomy requirements, and also accounting their carbon emissions following GHG Protocol and PCAF methodologies. I take pride in delivering solutions that enable organizations to align with regulatory frameworks while achieving their strategic goals.
