I have several years of experience in the hospitality, retail financial and IT industries. During the years I have gained advanced customer service experience, business and people management transferable skills, a vast knowledge of microsoft softwear being proficient with excel, word and power point. Moreover, the experience in project management and business development has been aquired by leading different projects to develop team members, improve sale and reduce cost while achiving exceptional customer satisfaction, achieved while working in Le Meridien Piccadilly, Holliday Inn and Aspen Healthcare. I am a multilanguage speaker, fluent in English, Greek and Romanian, both verbal and written. Now looking for a different position to improve my existing skills and develop new expertise that will prepare me for more senior roles.
