About Vasileios Mantikos

As a civil engineer with over 20 years of experience, I have a passion for creating sustainable and innovative solutions for urban and rural development. I have a strong background in supervision and management of construction projects, especially in the hospitality sector, where I have successfully delivered high-quality and luxury hotel units. Currently, I am working as a site manager engineer for Colossos SA for the construction of a new five-star hotel unit in Faliraki-Rhodes Greece. I am responsible for overseeing the work planning and execution, ensuring the compliance with the architectural studies and the safety standards, and coordinating the communication and cooperation among the stakeholders. I apply my attention to detail and new business development skills to ensure the timely and satisfactory completion of the project, while also identifying and pursuing new opportunities for collaboration and expansion in the region. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of professionals, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and contribution.
