I specialize in Consultative selling of Enterprise Products and Solutions all through my career of 19 years. My experience with companies like IBM, OpenText, Pitney Bowes, Newgen for Products-and-Solutions (P&S) and service-centric Tech Mahindra helped me gain deep insights of an 'End-to-End Customer Lifecycle' on Business Process Management (BPM) and Document Management System (DMS), CRMs, ERP on SaaS, customer and data analytics, campaign management, mobile device management with various digital touch-points like mobile apps, portals, IoT and other technologies. I am very comfortable with Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI), Telecom and Manufacturing domains. I am skilled in learning new P&S and doing hands-on, learning processes and finding gaps, configuring and delivering demos, drafting presentations, competitive analysis, market study, deliver focused sessions for CxO's (or CxO-2 level) and interact with customers of different hierarchy, either from Business or IT.
