My journey has taken me through diverse roles, from managing large-scale tooling projects in manufacturing to enhancing supply chain operations in retail and logistics. At Walmart Canada, I played a key role in improving stock flow and optimizing store operations, ensuring seamless inventory movement. Before that, I led 12+ injection-molded and preform extrusion projects, developing FMCG products, supporting mainly the North American and European FMCG markets.
