As an experienced and detail-oriented professional, I have built a strong foundation in risk management and operations. With a background in finance, I have honed my abilities in managing internal risk, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Currently, I am working as an Analyst in Risk Management at Ernst & Young GDS. In this role, I am responsible for managing internal risks related to ongoing audit and non-audit engagements. I assist the onshore team in planning and executing projects, ensuring timely delivery with agreed deadlines. I have a sound knowledge of Risk Management policies, auditor's independence, compliance, and stakeholder management and data analysis. My expertise in conducting research using Capital IQ, Factiva, Thomson Reuters, and Bloomberg has helped me provide valuable insights to my team. Prior to my current role, I worked as an Operations Associate at WNS Global Services. Here, I handled scheduled weekly vendor payments, processed payments through SAP ERP systems, and managed ad-hoc payment requests from clients. I processed a high volume of invoices through Coupa and a machine-learning-based tool SMASH. My attention to detail and quality-checking skills enabled me to verify errors in invoices manually and through DAT. I ensured the timely rectification of duplicate and incorrectly indexed invoices. I am an MBA graduate in Finance from Chandigarh University. Through this program, I am gained expertise in financial management, accounting, and strategic decision-making. I aspire to build my career in the field where I can get to learn and use skills related to data analysis and analytics, python, sql, power BI, Tableau based applications, project management, stakeholder management, people engagement etc. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. I am dedicated to achieving outstanding results, exceeding expectations, and driving business growth. I am always willing to take on new challenges and learn new skills to stay ahead in a rapidly changing business landscape.
