About Vasudev Menon

I am managing operations excellence projects across the entire E-kart (Flipkart and Myntra) and Flipkart Grocery SCM and logistics network. Currently working on implementing large scale automations across the entire supply chain network Previously worked as a consultant working in the operations and technology space, having experience in Agile SLDC and process re-engineering. I have worked with global commodity traders, manufacturing companies and oil super-majors to map their processes, suggest and implement improvements in their logistics and supply chain operations and design KPIs to match best-in-class and industry operation standards. I have also managed the strategic digital transformation of an in-house application platform for a global commodity trader. Before Cognizant i was a design engineer at Larsen and Toubro and have worked with many Middle Eastern national OnG companies as their PMC and EPC collaborator. I take a special interest in analytics and how big data will shape the future of all operations, both from a daily use stand point and an operational strategy perspective. My hobbies include quizzing, reading, e-sports and football.
