Vasudevan Krishna - Management professional with over 29 years of progressive career in Global F&A, HRO & functional delivery -BPO Operations. Over these years, I have handled responsibilities at various capacities in organizations across India, UK, Hungary, China, Germany, Mexico and Bulgaria. I have demonstrated abilities in array of functions including development and implementation of Accounting and Reporting Systems, Management Accounting, Cost & Financial Planning, Budgetary Controls, MIS and Financial Analysis. In my present association with Tata Consultancy Services as Site Head - TCS Bulgaria, I am working across various domain like functional delivery to customers, Site Administration, deeply involved into HR practices. I pride myself for my ability to prepare and analyze financial reports to summarize and forecast financial position; driving efficiency and productivity through evaluation of financial management systems. My ability to strategically plan and mobilize resources to ensure optimal utilization with key focus on bottom line profitability sets me apart from others in the industry. I have actively contributed towards cost optimization and providing inputs for the short and long term strategic planning. Dedication, commitment and integrity are my core values, which have moulded me as a coherent professional. In addition, my steep learning curve with the ability to embrace new systems and processes with ease sets me apart from others.
