I have played many key roles for more than 17+ years with experienced hands on application development in IT industry’s software development life cycle. I have around 12+ years of experience in ETL Architecture, Development, Enhancement, Maintenance, Production support, Data Modeling, Reporting including Business/System requirement gathering of Enterprise Data Warehouses for Student Loan/enrollment system, insurance, Finance, Contingency Collections, Manufacturing, State Government agencies and philanthropic domains primarily using SSIS, Pervasive, SSRS and other Business intelligence ETL software. I have mentored, trained and lead the ETL team to inculcate new software methodologies like AzureDevOps, Automated deployment, GitHub Integration, Application upgrade, Data Sanitization, Database upgrades, ETL warehouse architecture, database modeling and design, query optimization and conducted peer review sessions. As a team lead, I have supported and lead disaster recovery and backup drills, agile Scrum workshops, Lunch and learn sessions and daily scrum board activities and rendered production support and had been a liaison between the executive and the business teams. I have recently extended my skills towards Azure Data engineering tools like Data Lake/Blob storage, Azure Data Fundamentals, Synapse pipelines, Data bricks, Azure SQL Databases, Spark pool, Azure Synapse Dedicated SQL pools, Event Hub and Stream Analytics as part of my MS training. I have 7+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing Agile methodology, Object Oriented Programming, Service Oriented Architecture and Model View Controller on Web applications using VISUAL STUDIO.NET 2015, C#, JQuery, Json, Entity Framework, OData Services, WCF, WPF, XAML, XML, JavaScript, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Active Directory, IIS 6.0, MS BizTalk Server 2004. Over 10+ years of Application Development experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL programming languages and IDEs like TOAD 9.5 and good knowledge in front end development using oracle forms/reports6i/9i/10g. Ability to work independently and work with teams and have strong interpersonal and communication skills along with strong analytical and decision-making skills and have extensive documenting ability to render vivid presentation to executive team as well as business operations. Experience in writing technical design documents and creating QA documents and mentoring onsite and offshore team members.
