About Vatche Maestas

I have been in the financial industry one way or another for 21 years. I have learned so much and most from my team mates. I can list a bunch of success here (I have a resume for that) but I’ll list the 2 most valuable items I have learned as a leader in my career. The first is: In order to lead an effective team you need to be willing to be all in for your team, willing to jump in the fox holes with them. The second is: I have had a lot of success in my career and some failures. But a failure is not a failure if you are willing to humble yourself and learn from it. My favorite things I love about my career first helping people. I love to listing to my clients and find a solution in the products I offer to help or ease their situation. Most of my clients bring me and my team in because they need someone in their corner for their finances. So we help as much as we can with educating the client about what we have that can help their situation. Next is I love problem solving. I look at it as a puzzle that needs solving. No matter the issue there is always a solution, just a matter of finding it.
