Vatsal completed his LLM in commercial and corporate law from the Queen Mary University of London in May 2022. He is an Indian-qualified lawyer having 2+ years of litigation and non-litigation experience and also an aspiring dual-qualified UK Solicitor. He has varied 1 year of UK legal work experience. He has developed and strengthened transferable skills such as interpersonal communication organisation teamwork and time management skills etc. Vatsal is also a Direct Recipient of the School of Law International Postgraduate Scholarship Award Holder at QMUL for the January 2021 intake. He was one of the forty students to receive scholarships for the courses of LLM MA and MSc programs in the School of Law at QMUL from students from more than 20 eligible countries. His work experience of more than 2+ years at my Indian-based law firm is highlighted below: • Gained enormous experience in corporate commercial arbitration constitution civil (all including land and service matters) Municipals concerns Trusts Real estate issues and criminal matters. • Analyzed and oversaw litigation claims and provided legal advice to firm clients. Served Clients from a wide variety of industries including Individuals Public Entities and Local and National businesses. • Successfully Provided dedicated representation in all phases of Litigation as well as in both Tribunals Trial Courts and Gujarat High Court in Ahmedabad. • Drafted the cases interpreting Articles Statutes and harmonizing case law as an Evid Reader. • Broadly done Paralegal work by preparing necessary legal documents including briefs motions and affidavits and assisting the attorneys in all forms. And proven ability to do the administrative work and maintain organized files and databases. • I had also done numerous Non-Litigation works like drafting different types of contracts and agreements (e.g. Partnership deed NDA agreement and many more). Ergo I am also mentoring several law aspirants’ organizations in the capacity of Advisory board member Executive Board Member and senior editor to bridge the gap for learning and enriching the field of law as a pro bono work.
