About Vatsala Aron
It all started on a children's arts and crafts show for Turner Broadcasting while I was doing my Majors in Economics in Bombay. Crayon stains, glitter, moody celebrities, and once, saving a giant solar system art installation from Bombay's monsoon - was much fun, so I committed to making content!I've been lucky to work at media and production companies in India, where "outside the box" was the norm, producing content for TV, brands, and streamers. I joined the Vice Media India launch team in 2017. It was a wild ride—producing impactful content, scaling from India to APAC, and collaborating with incredible people.In 2021, I moved to Canada for a Master's in Media Production at TMU. Since then, I've worked on a Juno Awards 2024 video, researched for a children's scripted show, produced a concert film for a South Asian pop artist, contributed to Bollywed S3 (CBC), and continue to work on a feature doc and developing pitches.
