I am a Project Manager at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), where I lead the planning and delivery of complex infrastructure and procurement projects — including initiatives over $35M. With over a decade of experience across all levels of government and the private sector, I bring a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to managing scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations. I am currently an indeterminate ENG-04 and have been accepted into three ENG-05 pools: 24-DND-IA-NAST-526902 (Department of National Defence) 2024-PEN-EA-NAT-NHQ-189603 (Correctional Services Canada) 2024-CAP-RPAD-IA-323649 (Parks Canada) I hold a Secret security clearance, a CCE language profile (French as first official language), and professional designations including P.Eng. and PMP. I earned my Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa, completing studies in both official languages. My background includes extensive asset management experience from my time at the City of Ottawa, where I led city-wide programs focused on long-term infrastructure planning, prioritization of rehabilitation projects, and lifecycle management of key assets including sewers, roads, and bridges. I applied data-driven decision-making tools, conducted condition assessments, and aligned infrastructure investments with strategic capital plans. Prior to my current role, I held senior technical and leadership positions at WSP, PCL, and Morrison Hershfield, managing multidisciplinary teams through all phases of infrastructure delivery — from feasibility studies and procurement to construction and close-out. I’m passionate about using engineering expertise and project management leadership to deliver public value, improve infrastructure resilience, and support Canada’s evolving needs. I value innovation, inclusion, and excellence, and I enjoy building relationships that strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
