Coordinated and executed several architectural projects for Residential, Commercial, Master planning townships, SEZ, Manufacturing industries, and Healthcare and Hospitality projects. Strong knowledge of Design & Technical detailing, construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness. Thorough understanding of project work plans, schedules, staffing, and budgets. Ability to manage multiple projects of complex scope. Posses strong team management skills. Handled varied clientele addressing the design requirements and project execution. Managed projects team, providing them with direction on projects to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborated with the other stakeholders to outline the requirements and for making smooth coordination to deliver required outputs. Awarded the winning entry for “The Housing Puzzle” – an international design competition for a residential township at Pune for Krisala developers in partnership with Archdais with 240+ Teams and 550+ Participants.
