Responsible for designing Audio Visual solutions for Corporate, Hospitality, Auditoriums, Public Addressing, Audio distribution, Switching and routing ETC.* Create preliminary conceptual design and Rough Order of Magnitude Cost Estimates.* Create and manage Request for Proposals for client services.* Provide the scope of work and preparation of functionality documents.* Manage RFI’s, Change Order process, reconcile vendor contracts and approve client invoices.* Prepare & finalize BOQ’s.* Build tender documents.* Manage project scope of work and project team resources.* Project Planning & Management.* Coordinate relocation of existing AV equipment as required.* Manage build out of AV infrastructure design and assist with integration as needed.* Develop Hand over documentation. Having strong proven track record of understanding the client needs and showcase/present conceptual presentations to help them take decisions. Also by supporting business development team with technical aspects.
