Currently, I serve as Training Manager at NetCom Learning, where I oversee the end-to-end delivery of corporate training programs—managing schedules, instructors, and quality to ensure exceptional learning experiences. Prior to this, I worked as a Customer Success Manager, helping organizations structure smarter workforces through Managed Learning Services, from onboarding and metric-driven success planning to stakeholder engagement and growth initiatives. Earlier, I contributed to international markets (US, Canada, and South Africa) in business development and inside sales roles, which strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and customer-first mindset. Whether it’s optimizing training operations, improving client retention, or identifying growth opportunities, I’m driven by turning interactions into long-term partnerships. Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel, personal growth, and exploring emerging tech—especially AI and digital transformation in education.
