About Velogan Muthayan

As the Corporate General Manager overseeing Carst & Walker's Australian operations, I navigate the complexities of the polymer and coatings industry with a strategic and client-focused approach. My expertise in business and product management has allowed me to strengthen supplier relationships and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements, which are critical to maintaining our leading position in raw materials supply. The restructuring in 2024 has given me the opportunity to focus exclusively on my role as IGM, redirecting all efforts toward the growth of our Polymers Division. The organization benefits from my strong skills in contract negotiations and sales optimization, especially in volatile markets where technical knowledge and sales strategy are essential. I demonstrate my commitment to excellence through consistent client engagement and tailored advice, ensuring that our team remains the industry's trusted first point of contact.
