With a strong background in SAP HCM, I have over 7.5 years of experience in implemention, rollout, and support projects for public and private sector clients. My expertise spans across a range of HR domains, including Net Payroll, PCR and Schemas, Personal Administration, and Organizational Management. I have also worked on HR Renewal, SAP BTP and developed custom solutions to meet the specific needs of my clients. In addition to my technical skills, including proficiency in ABAP code debugging and a solid understanding of the ASAP Methodology and data migration using LSMW and BDC, I have experience working on Payroll implementation for India, Singapore, China, and the Philippines.
