15 years of experience in Groundwater and Surface Water Management, I have developed extensive expertise in hydrogeological sciences, including Groundwater Exploration, Aquifer Mapping, and Hydrogeological Investigations. My technical proficiency spans Deep Well Drilling, Aquifer Delineation, Pumping Test Analysis, and the design and implementation of Managed Aquifer Recharge & Recovery (MAR & R) systems. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed projects for esteemed global organizations such as the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), as well as various government ministries across regions like Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East, and India. I have collaborated with key agencies, including the Ministry of Hydraulic and Sanitation, Government of Niger, the Government of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Electricity & Water & Renewable Energy, Government of Kuwait, and national agencies in India such as the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, and the Central Ground Water Board. My technical expertise spans critical areas of groundwater management, including site characterization and selection, where I evaluate geological and hydrogeological factors to determine the optimal drilling locations. I have hands-on experience navigating diverse geological settings, from the complex hydrogeology of the Indian subcontinent to the arid terrains of Africa, Central Asia, and the Middle East. My projects focus on enhancing sustainability, optimizing water use efficiency, and ensuring the long-term health of aquifers. By leveraging advanced hydrogeological methodologies and a strong foundation in well construction, I am committed to delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that drive impactful results for communities and ecosystems globally. My expertise in supervising teams and interpreting Geophysical Surveys & Borehole Logging results enables me to provide accurate subsurface characterizations that directly inform Well Design and Aquifer Assessment. I am proficient in Well Design, Construction, and Well Installation, along with Pump System Integration, ensuring optimal system performance and long-term reliability. My project portfolio includes innovative MAR & R systems that promote groundwater sustainability in water-scarce regions.
