Hello! My name is Venice Gripo. I recently earned my B.A. in Broadcast & Electronic Communication Arts and Concentrated in Film & TV Production from San Francisco State University. I am currently exploring the field of Digital Marketing as a fellow at COOP Careers where I am acquiring expertise in SEO writing, SEM ads, Paid Socials & more. Additionally, I am a Team Lead and Trainer at Philz Coffee where I concentrate on training baristas for New Store Openings and locations experiencing turnover while managing on-shift administrative duties. Throughout my professional experience, I have learned that I am an empathetic leader that always prioritizes my team to the best of my ability making me a very reliable person. I have also been told I have a calm demeanor when dealing crisis situations because the way I see it, if a circumstance goes left, there’s nothing else you can do than try your absolute best to get through the conditions you’ve been given. I aspire to find an opportunity that would help me jump start my career in Digital Marketing, specifically in Community Management and Programmatic Ad Buying- where I can also continue to grow as a professional while still exercising creativity. During my free time I like to shoot and edit videos I’ve taken on vintage cameras of my friends, family, and general scenery. I am also an avid hiker and live music enjoyer.
