Background
About Venla Sandgren
Collaboration, interaction, creativity and performing ~ Training groups, I believe that playfulness, relaxing and trust are the key elements to learning new things and working together in a supporting environment. I'm a trained Drama Instructor, Body Musician and Tap Dancer. I give workshops and intensive courses in collaboration skills, performing, interaction, expression and creativity. The tools I use in my coaching come from the world of improvisation, acting, dance and music. But fear not! I use these tools always customized to the client's needs. I do not make anyone dance or sing in front of the group (unless that’s exactly what they want to do)! In my workshops we laugh, relax, collaborate, support each other, learn to listen to each other better, learn to take initiative and to give each other space. And most of all: we learn to let go of excessive control and express ourselves freely. I also work as an actress, tap dancer and body musician.
