Since August 2018, I have helped my clients increase their profits in a timely manner, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. My core competencies are accuracy, efficiency, and customer service, which I demonstrate in every interaction with my clients and their patients. I achieved high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service skills, and resolved complex billing issues. I graduated with an associate degree in applied science medical Billing and Administration from Ross Medical Education Center-Sylvania, where I learned the fundamentals of medical billing and coding, health insurance, and medical terminology. I have skills in medical records, office administration, and data entry, which I apply to every project and task I undertake. My mission is to help health care professionals focus on their patients and their practice, while I take care of their billing needs and challenges.
