Vera Grguric is a PMP Certified Project manager and has been working in Ottawa delivering diverse construction projects for twenty years. Her background is in Architecture and her creative ability to plan and oversee projects has distinguished her as a Leader. As a Project Manager her primary goal is to understand the needs of her Client and align project objectives accordingly. She is an advocate for collaboration and has a keen ability to get the Project Team thinking out of the box. Vera listens. She works with Senior Management to define the scope of a project and tailor a detailed work plan which identifies the sequences and the activities needed to successfully complete the project. A well detailed schedule, not only illustrates the tasks to complete the project, it is a valuable communication tool for the Project Team as well as Stakeholders. Vera's experience is to ensure that the Project Team is properly resourced and they have the tools that they need to efficiently deliver the project. The success of a project is typically measured by completing the project on time and within budget. In additional to these qualifiers, Vera believes proper planning can make the project execution enjoyable.
