I value experiences. Whether it’s for a customer, a teammate, or an end user—I’m always looking for ways to make things clearer, more beautiful, more impactful. Even if it’s not my official role, I find myself optimizing onboarding, rewriting sales decks, or improving internal processes. Because I believe thoughtful, well-designed experiences create better (revenue) outcomes. Over the past decade, I’ve helped startups launch new products globally, build client-facing teams, lead first-time partnerships (like Amazon), and scale operations from the ground up. I’ve been the go-to person in early stages, market entry, and moments of change because I'm comfortable with ambiguity and quick to organize the chaos into a path forward. I’m a relationship builder at heart. I lead with empathy, coach my peers, and build trust with engineers, designers, and executives alike. I’ve facilitated tough conversations between international teams, helped US product teams get buy-in from engineers in Japan, and built rapport with customers that turned into multi-year success stories. I love creativity and collaboration: pitching ideas, brainstorming solutions, and presenting insights to customers and teams. I get excited when I see a wild idea spark something real, or when a new workflow improves how a team operates. I’m also deeply organized and proactive—whether building a customer health tracking system or creating a weekly checklist for parents after a hurricane. What I’m looking for next: a team that’s scaling something meaningful. One where I can help shape strategy, connect the dots, and enable others to do their best work.
