About Vera Shiska

After spending more than two decades helping build businesses, brands, and growth for others, I'm returning to the roots of entrepreneurship and building my own once again.My career began in product management and marketing before I moved into the digital and technology industry, where I've spent the last 15+ years leading business growth, digital transformation, and organizational development across agencies, technology companies, and consulting firms.In 2008, I founded my own digital agency and expanded its presence into regional markets, including Malaysia and the Philippines. I later joined Hakuhodo International Indonesia, where I helped build and scale Hakuhodo Digital while leading digital transformation initiatives for both the organization and its clients.Most recently, I served as Country Director of mediasense Indonesia, leading the company's growth in the market while supporting business expansion across Southeast Asia, particularly in the Philippines and Thailand.Today, my work focuses on three areas that I'm deeply passionate about: Building a fragrance brand inspired by emotions, awareness, and mindful living. Helping Indonesian brands expand into China through market entry, regulatory, distribution, and growth strategies.
