My career as a business and product strategist has been driven by a passion for projects that deliver positive change in our world. I work with people who want to make faster, leaner, more strategic change. I help implement innovation with effective use of digital products and processes. I use Lean and Agile approaches that make it easier for people to accept, use and leverage information and technology. I use collaboration, focus and common sense to turn bright ideas into business value. My track record is based on successfully delivering clear, practical outcomes in fast-moving, uncertain business environments, whether as a functional consultant or a strategic advisor. I have managed and coached teams of researchers, business analysts, designers and developers, in co-located, remote and virtual environments. My tools of choice these days for facilitation and virtual work sessions are MURAL and MIRO because they help make collaboration and decision-making more inclusive, more tangible and better able to meet the complex requirements of working from home, together.
