A confident negotiator who possesses strong people management skills, the ability to find creative solutions to the most complex of shoots, has the tact and ability to deal with difficult situations should they occur and the foresight to pre-empt situations before they arise. Experienced in ‘first series’ set ups and experienced in many genres such as current affairs, access documentary, daytime, documentary, drama, quiz, and reality coupled with my understanding of pre, production and post, including dealing with complex risk assessments, protocols and H&S procedures makes me an ideal all rounder with many transferable skills and adaptable to any situation or project. I am experienced dealing with sensitive subject matters and can quickly gain the trust and co-operation of talent, contributors and crew. I am a confident trouble-shooter, all round team player, can juggle numerous tasks simultaneously and understand when to delegate, help train some of my junior management team and empower them with a gentle steer to enable them to reach their true potential.
