A Bachelor of Science graduate specializing in Hospitality Studies from the University of Mumbai. Successfully pursued my Post graduation in Hospitality and Tourism Operations Management from Fanshawe Collge, London, Ontario, Canada To describe myself as a keen worker with a shrewd eye to detail qualities in matters related to Guest services, and maintaining long term positive Guest Relationship to build up the Good will of the Employer Or Property working for. Have been in the hospitality industry for around 9+ years and have found it to be very rewarding at the same time a bright learning experience requiring initiative, hard work, self motivation and a wide range of skills. I had the privilege to work with some top notch Hospitality chain's starting with The Leela Kempinski, Mumbai as a Royal Club Butler & with Desroches Island Resort, Seychelles as Private Butler for VVIP guests, a very alert person throughout who works hard with core Hospitality value's and Never say Never attitude, have the ability to work with many Cross Cultural nationalities with ease, good communication skills and can converse very fluently in English as per General Industry requirements and I believe can easily fit into your team of Professionals. My work experience as a Butler has made interact and provide Butler Service to many top names from the Business as well as Glamour Industry which has made me push my working skills to extreme levels, and thus giving me much more pride and self confidence in whatever task I undertake. Always been a Learner to learn something new and put my best foot forward whenever the need arises.
