About Veronica Baldassarre

Empathic, curious, determined, collaborative, creative and analytical are the keywords that best describe my person and my work profile. I have a great passion for creation but above all for the one that allows us to solve the problems experienced by people or that allows us to create products and services - whether innovative or not - to be launched on a market. For these reasons, I apply human centred methodologies in order to understand, discover, co-create, test and monitor solutions together with those who experience the problem. I have advanced data analysis skills so I sponsor qualitative and quantitative approaches accompanied by the power of visualization. I love to design, facilitate, present workshops, test solutions and/or disseminate them to end users. The economic and social sustainability of the projects - from the creation to the diffusion of the solution to its users - plays a fundamental role for this reason I try to optimize the performance in terms of resources, activities, involvement and engagement of resources and in general of the stakeholders of the project or startup. I use the logic and principles of Project Management to manage the teams that usually consist of different profiles: data, ui designer, business, IT, strategy etc.
