As a tenured professional, my progressive career journey spans two industries including insurance where I was employed for 20+ years for the largest property and casualty insurance company as well as finance where I currently work for the sixth largest bank in the United States. I have established a personal brand as a collaborative and trusted partner who is unyielding in providing legendary experiences that drive strategic results. I am an innovative thinker with a demonstrated track record in building impactful relationships, cultivating inclusive environments, leveraging diversity of thought to solution complex problems while also driving employee engagement and retention. My servant leadership style has served me well and has been a major factor to my career successes and more importantly the driving force behind my passion to elevate and serve others.
